I went to Tim Hortons on Dixie hwy and Williams lake road where it turns into Walton. Approximately 10:10am on the morning of Friday May 10th. This was a drive through experience. I was told the dark roast was sold out. I was picking up an order for my elderly mother. At first I was speaking with what sounded like a young man. Abruptly a woman who seemed to be aggravate came over the speaker with an aggressive tone. I don’t come eat here personally I think it’s gross but my mother loves the coffee and muffins and I like to pick her up a treat now and again. So therefore I don’t know what they have and don’t have. My mother told me she wanted a sour cream donut. When I requested this. The woman said they only have Tim bits or something. I said that’s fine. She seemed bothered by the fact she had to ask me how many, let out this long gasp of air as if the biggest problem in the universe was me that morning, pathetic really. I continued to the drive through. To see this woman’s back turned and laughing with her co workers. I assume I was the bunt of the joke. She was pudgy with dark hair, pony tail. She asked for payment. Handed her the card. She went to hand me the coffee. Then quickly shoved two bags at me. All I saw was sugars. Then with a short smart tone said “have a good day”. I said where is the rest of my order? She threw her hands up while letting out another gasp of air as if again I’m the biggest problem in the universe. Eventually found my muffin (which turned out to be something other than what I ordered). Then whipped the bag out the drive threw window at me. I asked where the donuts were and again with a aggravated attitude said they were in the bag which I didn’t see. I said to her suck up the attitude lady and as I pulled away out the window she yelled “YEAH HAVE A NICE DAY IDIOT” or something along those lines. I was sort of shocked because another individual was pulling up to the window as she shouted. Kind of funny. You work at a fast food restaurant. This is beginner level. I’m not one to knock how people make their bones but why apply for a job that’s not suited for you? Anyways. That’s my experience. I won’t come here again. Oh and I threw the coffee out. There seemed to be a floaty in it when I was preparing it for my mother before dropping it off to her. I can’t say for sure it was a Lougee. But it looked abnormal. And it’s not for me, it’s for someone...

Read moreI was just denied my coffee because they refused to do it as an iced coffee and then add hazelnut. There is a coupon in the app for a discount . If you put the order in as “hazelnut iced coffee” instead of an “iced coffee” and then add hazelnut underneath the coupon will not scan or give any discount. I know this because I use it often and this is ALWAYS the case. Either way it’s ordered I pay extra for the hazelnut, but it was as though the gentleman thought I was trying to get hazelnut for free instead of understanding the situation at all and then basically refused and told me to get out of there. So after waiting a long time to even take my order, I was then refused service if I basically wanted the discount owed to me through the app. I am assuming the gentleman is clueless on his mistake and doesn’t even realize how awful it was, so please educate your staff on not screwing us over and to grab a manager when something is confusing instead of what I just went through. I waited several minutes to attempt to have my order taken and then got stuck behind a car for a while waiting to drive away after being refused service or kindness in any regard. Being accused of trying to steal hazelnut flavoring while trying to get my daily coffee was not on my...
