AT&T Store — Local services in West Branch Township

My overall experience with this location is poor, due to Brenton not owning his mistake. Brenton sold me a promotion that was not actually a valid promotion in Michigan. He stated it could take up to a month to go into affect. So after that time frame I contacted customer service who advised me the promotion I was sold was not valid in Michigan only in other states. They advised to return to the store for the issue. I did so and long story short Brenton admitted fault and said he was sorry but due to being past the time frame I cannot return the promotion item (Apple Watch). I have since tried customer service and other avenues to fix a false advertised item and something sold to me under false pretense. Brenton did not take ownership of his mistake and make it right nor did AT&T.

Beware and verify your promotion as now I am stuck with the full bill for the Apple Watch. I assume he has done this to others and I would make sure before purchasing from this store if their own employees don’t know the promotions seems like an issue or they are just...

I was fit to be tied!!!!!! My phone would not accept calls, all calls went to vm. Nor could I make calls. The message I got when I tried to make a call said my phone was not registered on the network. I was fuming. I couldn't make nor recieve calls. Brenton the store manager assisted us. He was very, very, understanding of my situation & the extreme frustration I'd been experiencing. I felt he honestly knew & understood I was not mad at him, it was the PHONE! Ugh!!! His demeanor through out our interaction was friendly, professional; he never showed any annoyance with me. (Thank you Brenton). The best part.....he knew what the problem was & corrected it there in the store. I would recommend this store based on my experience with Brenton, Megan & Cordel. The Staff are great! First time AT&T customer and in the process of trading phones from my last carrier. I needed assistance while I was in town and decided to visit the store and see if they could help me. I am not tech savvy and was immediately impressed by my visit. I have not met the whole staff but those I did meet were Sale Associates Megan, Cordel, Tiffany and their Manager Brenton. I felt at ease by how they took the time with me and how knowledgeable on services and products AT&T has to offer! Must stop in and see them! Much better than the last carrier I was with.
