Driving from GA to AZ. Stopped due to prior, pleasant experiences at Wyndham facilities. This was not that. 1st, the manager (whose name is nowhere to be found) is clearly not happy to welcome guests and didn't even take the time to spell my name correctly though he had my driver's license. 2nd, the first room we were given was not clean. Nightstand had something wipeable all over it, mirrors had fingerprints, something I can only hope was lotion, had not been wiped off bed skirt, tissue holder still had the empty box in it and there were no coffee supplies. The second room given by the disbelieving and non-apologetic manager had a broken ac. We were too tired to move so we dealt with it and subsequently spent an unrestful night. 3rd - but should be 1st, one of the appearing to be long-term residents that also work on the property, has a German shepherd allowed to roam freely. It seemed friendly but raised my little dog's anxiety when it came near. The worker paid no attention. We didn't bother with even the coffee in the morning, just packed up and left. Traveler be aware.

The most disgusting overnight experience I have ever had. It was so late and I was so tired, but I took pictures of initial room and went to front desk to just simply ask for another room, everything was sticky and had obviously not been cleaned at all… he became defensive and aggressive immediately when I just tried to give an explanation as to why I wanted a different room. He gave me a new room which was equally as repulsive as the first. The smell and the itching and crawling I felt while attempting to sleep for a few hours. So sick of the “you get what you pay for” narrative. I didn’t pay $70 dollars to not sleep a wink and to feel nauseous every time I breathed through my nose. After reading some of these 5 star reviews, I’d be willing to bet any amount of money those aren’t authentic. Management of the hotel probably gets employees to spam 5 star reviews.

Room 124 smells like dog piss, "just like a dog pound" living and lifeless crickets on the floor, and this is all before entering the room, they were beside the sink, toilet and shower practically everywhere I should say. 😭 I woke up with a 🪳 cockroach crawling on my arm which made me fling it with fear realizing 👀 my daughter was sleeping beside me. I was warm-hearted 💗 enough to wake her up,🫨 to tell her I had flung👌 something that crawled on me, surprisingly, it was on her sleeve. I was not able to rest due to the smell😵‍💫 of the room the blankets were somewhat humid and had yellow stains on them. I woke up🫨 the clan 👸👧👧👶🧔at 6am and started our journey. I left with anxiety scratching my skin and scalp in just thinking. 🤦

This place is awful and the staff act like they couldn’t care less about the problems. We booked two rooms with two queen beds. Upon checking in we were told that they didn’t have two rooms that were clean with two queen beds. They offered us to switch one to a queen bed. Ok no big deal. Unfortunately it was 4 in the afternoon so I hadn’t had a chance to see what happens after dark. There is no thick curtain for the window. The lighting in the parking lot and down the hallway (outdoor walk ups) is extremely bright. Additionally, you can SEE through the curtains from outside. The bath tub is IN the room so there is NO privacy even with the so-called curtain closed). We went to the front desk and asked to be moved but was told (with a smirk and shrugged shoulders) that they have no rooms. I offered to let him come and look at the room so he can see that it doesn’t get the slightest bit dark in the room. The other room we got has normal curtains and gets dark. The other rooms on both floors all have normal curtains from what we could see. Not room 103. We asked if we could get a curtain to hang or a comforter or something we can use to at least attempt to make the room dark. Nope don’t have anything clean. We were offered a fitted sheet which you can also see through. That felt more like an insult. Ok- time for bed. Not blanket or comforter on the bed. Just paper thin sheets. Went to our second room and discovered that only one of those two beds had a comforter, the other also just had paper thin sheet. TV in that room doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush (broken knob). They at least fixed the toilet, which is shocking given how easy it should be to put up curtains or offer blankets to guests. The reason we were given for not being able to change rooms is because they don’t have any. The parking lot is maybe half full- I’m pretty sure they just didn’t have clean or equipped rooms to offer. I travel constantly for work, at least once a month for years, and have not encountered a hotel this bad in...

Wow, where to begin. The pictures on the app did not do the property any justice. When we walked into our room we found that they must just have installed a new air freshener with a scent called “prime mold”. Shutting the door was fun too, the “do not disturb” sign looked an awful lot like the battery pack of the key fob just dangling there, nice decorative touch. When I turned on the bathroom light, I thought it was a bit rude of the cockroach to just run off without introducing himself. I thought since he was staying with us that was the least he could do. I think they also tried to paint the little poop emoji on the walls but if you ask me I think you should probably use a quality acrylic paint instead of the real stuff, as acrylic smears less. The refrigerator had one of those stylish buttons that you can’t turn or maybe it was missing, I don’t just want to assume. I also liked the acupuncture infused bed sheets, but I think they got the settings a bit hight, when we woke up, we had clustered red dots all over our body and they kinda itch. I think if a hotel room could scream a word at you when walking in, this one would have shouted “Hepatitis” and having to choose A, B, or C wouldn’t have mattered since they would all be fitting. All in all I would say “run for your life” if you come across this property, spend a couple bucks more and leave a place without having to worry about...

My expectations for a baymont hotel was crushed I should have stayed at days inn. First off the staff are not what you would expect never even see a housekeeper the parking lot is filthy everything you read on the reviews is true although did not see roaches or bed bugs. The motel has not had any upgrades or maintenance typical middle eastern ran motel. Toilets wouldn’t flush had to go to front desk to get plunger still it would not flush the bed was ok the ac made so much noise had to put in ear plugs just to sleep. Kids running up and down the stairs actually thought we were in some big city slums broke down cars in the parking lot mast pool area trash cans over running this was in the middle of the week Grabbed the handrail for the stairs and got something all over my hand Had to go back to my room to was my hands. We were to have a handicap room had to step over a tub side to get into the shower the grab bar had been nailed to the wall not with screws st it was scary loose the did have a shower chair but not one you could slid over to get in the shower and only half of the chair would fit in the tub. It is noisy so if your working and not there for vacation find somewhere else bad excuse for a...
