This place is awful and the staff act like they couldn’t care less about the problems. We booked two rooms with two queen beds. Upon checking in we were told that they didn’t have two rooms that were clean with two queen beds. They offered us to switch one to a queen bed. Ok no big deal. Unfortunately it was 4 in the afternoon so I hadn’t had a chance to see what happens after dark. There is no thick curtain for the window. The lighting in the parking lot and down the hallway (outdoor walk ups) is extremely bright. Additionally, you can SEE through the curtains from outside. The bath tub is IN the room so there is NO privacy even with the so-called curtain closed). We went to the front desk and asked to be moved but was told (with a smirk and shrugged shoulders) that they have no rooms. I offered to let him come and look at the room so he can see that it doesn’t get the slightest bit dark in the room. The other room we got has normal curtains and gets dark. The other rooms on both floors all have normal curtains from what we could see. Not room 103. We asked if we could get a curtain to hang or a comforter or something we can use to at least attempt to make the room dark. Nope don’t have anything clean. We were offered a fitted sheet which you can also see through. That felt more like an insult. Ok- time for bed. Not blanket or comforter on the bed. Just paper thin sheets. Went to our second room and discovered that only one of those two beds had a comforter, the other also just had paper thin sheet. TV in that room doesn’t work. Toilet doesn’t flush (broken knob). They at least fixed the toilet, which is shocking given how easy it should be to put up curtains or offer blankets to guests. The reason we were given for not being able to change rooms is because they don’t have any. The parking lot is maybe half full- I’m pretty sure they just didn’t have clean or equipped rooms to offer. I travel constantly for work, at least once a month for years, and have not encountered a hotel this bad in...
Read moreWow, where to begin. The pictures on the app did not do the property any justice. When we walked into our room we found that they must just have installed a new air freshener with a scent called “prime mold”. Shutting the door was fun too, the “do not disturb” sign looked an awful lot like the battery pack of the key fob just dangling there, nice decorative touch. When I turned on the bathroom light, I thought it was a bit rude of the cockroach to just run off without introducing himself. I thought since he was staying with us that was the least he could do. I think they also tried to paint the little poop emoji on the walls but if you ask me I think you should probably use a quality acrylic paint instead of the real stuff, as acrylic smears less. The refrigerator had one of those stylish buttons that you can’t turn or maybe it was missing, I don’t just want to assume. I also liked the acupuncture infused bed sheets, but I think they got the settings a bit hight, when we woke up, we had clustered red dots all over our body and they kinda itch. I think if a hotel room could scream a word at you when walking in, this one would have shouted “Hepatitis” and having to choose A, B, or C wouldn’t have mattered since they would all be fitting. All in all I would say “run for your life” if you come across this property, spend a couple bucks more and leave a place without having to worry about...

First off the staff are not what you would expect never even see a housekeeper the parking lot is filthy everything you read on the reviews is true although did not see roaches or bed bugs. Toilets wouldn’t flush had to go to front desk to get plunger still it would not flush the bed was ok the ac made so much noise had to put in ear plugs just to sleep. Kids running up and down the stairs actually thought we were in some big city slums broke down cars in the parking lot mast pool area trash cans over running this was in the middle of the week Grabbed the handrail for the stairs and got something all over my hand Had to go back to my room to was my hands.
