Another bad experience here. We eat here way too often. About 4 to 5 times a week. Yesterday will be our last.
We go thru and order regular drinks and a kids drink. Always with no ice on all of the drinks. (I don't trust ice machines are cleaned so I prefer no ice) Get told on the kids drink that they have to do ice.. okay that's odd but it's free so I guess they want ice to save 20 cents on the soda syrup whatever .. then I pull up to the window and get told they need to actually see a kid in the vehicle. We drive a large SUV with tinted windows with 3 rows. I'm supposed to have him crawl to the front of the vehicle to see him. It is absolutely absurd to ask someone that. Just charge for the drink instead of making it completely awkward waiting for my kid to come to the window. The drink costs what 20 cents. So now you have lost a family that spends almost 100 a week over a few cents.
On top of that it seems just as a whole the food quality has gone down so if the owner is on their employees about ice what else are you trying to save money on AND there is still a whiff of a sewage smell. Why would you allow that as a food establishment. Such a shame. You were my first taco casa to try 20 years ago and I always thought this location was the best.
Previous review: Smells like strong sewage at the drive thru window. It's gotten so bad it's off putting and makes me not want to eat the food.
I know it was like this last year and the smell went away. Please fix whatever that issue was again.
Other than that the...
Read moreI'm over 40 years old and have been going to Taco Casa since I was a child. This was the worst food I've ever been served at any Taco Casa. Paid over $30 to feed 3 people and most of it went in the trash! The 2 orders of super nachos had VERY little servings of meat/ beans/ tomatoes/ and sour cream. Like 2 small chips worth! The whole thing looked and tasted like it was days old... hard beans and the tomatoes had almost no color to them, gross. The cheese was watered down to a soupy, chunky, slosh. Plus we specifically requested jalapeños and received zero! All the burritos were poorly made and the tortillas were hard and split open.
I was very disappointed! I work really hard to provide for my family. Life is very hard in the times we're in. I took my family out for a "treat" (because we usually love Taco Casa), and spent hard earned money to end up throwing it in the trash and eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I would like some kind of compensation. At the very least a...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I've been to this Taco Casa twice. My first time was a couple of months ago and was received with excellent customer service and an order that was cooked to perfection. I just went there for my second time, ordered my food (Super Burrito and Soft Taco), and pulled up to the window to pay when I noticed I didn't have my wallet on me. I was embarrassed, to say the least, but did have my phone and asked if they'd accept Samsung Pay. Didn't get the name of the person who attended the window, but she simply said "No we only take cash or credit cards, but it's OK it's free". Wow! Excellent establishment... will be back... and with my wallet...
