Came in with my 4 year old daughter as a treat today for manicures and pedicures. She was SO excited. She is a twin and this was just her special time. She picked out rainbow colors, got all set up in her chair, and was loving it until the woman painting her nails started aggressively telling her not to move and scolding her even when she did not mess up a single nail. She also asked me if I'm her grandmother (I'm her mom). The grandma thing wouldn't even bother me, I'm an adult, and to be honest, it's kind of funny. If they weren't saying rude things to and about my 4 year old child I wouldn't be leaving this review.
The woman who was working on me asked me if my daughters twin is the same size as her. I said yes. Then she asked me if she liked to eat all the time, basically calling my 4 year old daughter fat. Then when I said no she asked if she likes to eat all of the time because my frame is so small and hers is so big. She is 4 and could hear this whole conversation. Do NOT recommend, especially if you are bringing kids. Will not...
Read moreI went in with a picture it was my 1st time here. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. I asked the lady to go shorter she argued with me then threw her tools down an went an got another lady. Then the lady doing my toes botched them an another lady had to come an start over an fix what she did wrong my toes turned out 2nd time. The manager attempts to fix my nails but they aren't what I wanted they have grooves in them missing color on the edges and still wrong shape an length and I still was charged 56 dollars. She asked that I return an gave me 10 dollars off to use on my next visit. But yet I'm stuck with my nails looking the way they do an I'm out money I never should have had to pay. I'm not impressed and left very upset I went at 5 an was out by 630. The color is on point but honestly wish they would soak off what they did an start over fresh new set an give me my money back an fix what they did an...
Read moreDo not go here! Just left the salon in tears after the technicians continued to make comments about my appearance (everything from laughing at my hairy arms to my splotchy legs). I know I’m not perfect, I do not need strangers pointing it out for the whole salon to see. Women come to nail salons to feel pretty about themselves, not to leave in tears because of jokes made by staff. Not to mention the end result of the mani/pedi is far from perfect.
As I was leaving I also heard them mocking another women’s color choice. I wish I would’ve stood up for her but I was already near tears myself while checking out. I wouldn’t be surprised if she never returns either because we are paying for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, not to be made fun of and felt uncomfortable.
