The Holic Pho | Willow Park — Restaurant in Willow Park

First of all, I am very thankful places like this are in Aledo, I’ve lived here for 15 years and for a while it was sonic and Whataburger, that’s it. This place is very clean and nice inside. I wasn’t expecting a sit down place with a server, would almost prefer a counter serve Pho place. The food was good, depending on what you get some would say it’s great. Is the Pho as good as the authentic places in Haltom City? I don’t think so, but hey, this one is in our backyard. The server was very nice but never brought the Thai Tea I ordered and it ended up on the bill. He realized it right after he brought the bill and offered to get it for me though. What a surprise to find this place! And I live close by. We placed a delivery order over the weekend. Everything came really nicely packed, and the food's appearance was beautiful! I've never seen it so nicely done in my 30 years of eating pho soup. The egg rolls were really yummy as well.

The only thing I was surprised about was that the broth came frigidly cold. I've never had a delivery bring it cold. Luckily, I could heat it up, but I wasn't expecting to have to cook. I think they need to state that pho soup will be delivered cold, just in case people can't heat it up. The broth was borderline almost too salty.

Dropped by this pho spot for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The broth was aromatic and nicely balanced—not too salty or sweet. The dumplings were good & have nice texture. They offer a great variety of drinks (including boba milk teas). I was recommended the brown sugar fresh milk, and it didn’t disappoint. Very similar to the one I had from my favorite store in Arlington. The interior is clean and comfortable, and the service was quick.
