Al Arda Hyatt — Hotel in Tashkent

First of all they add extra tax for amount of reservation fees, they didn’t tell about this before when we reserved room. Room was not clean, pillow sheets and bedding stuff wasn’t fresh, we told them about this but they changed only at 3rd day of our staying at this hotel. The restroom had a disgusting smell from Sewerage system, which we told them too, but no reaction. Breakfast wasn’t matched to photo which was on Booking, was so poor only couple things you could eat, no choice at all especially for kids. Not recommending at all. Only good thing is location but we sow many others hotels in this area. Hotel not worth for their price. They adding extra staying tax, be careful. We want to leave after first night but due their policy of refund it’s take 6 months for refund our money, so we decided to stay and it was the worst...

Great location- it is not too far from attractions. You can explore the city and interesting things to see around. We took buses randomly. The buses took us to the airport and back in town. Then we got off at Chilonzor intersection to connect to the metro. Before going to the Chorsu Bazaar, we grabbed a quick bite.

The price is reasonable. There are cheaper hotels, but I think this one provides good services, good breakfast, and nice rooms. The room is clean and the restaurant area for breakfast is very clean as well.

Только расположение почти в центре города. Стоимость не соответсвует тому что в ваучере. Регистрацию сделали с опозданием, хотя я их спрашивал про регистрацию в день заезда. Чек не предоставили об уплате, а написали смешную расписку. Слышимость в номерах просто насквозь. Как будто по номеру ходят и говорят На постельном белье волосы. В душе тоже. На полотенцах пятна. Душ хороший, но вода не уходит. стоишь в луже. Просил устранить - ничего не сделали.

Завтрак. Нормальная только каша и яйцо. Больше вы там ничего не поедите. Есть сосиски, которые ни кто не ест и они их постоянно дополняют и приносят на следующий день. Есть нарезка из колбасного сыра и какой то подобной колбасы. есть штуки четыре помидоры порезаные на тарелке. Если прийти к 7 утра - то можно успеть помидоры взять на завтрак. К каше. Потом никто ничего не добавляет.
