Disappointing Experience Overall
I recently stayed at this hotel, which seemed new and had few guests, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
We arrived early and requested a locker room to change before heading out for an appointment. Instead, we were offered a random spare room with no mention of any extra fee. After an hour, we were shocked to discover a "50% early check-in" charge on our bill. When we questioned it, the manager blamed the morning staff, even suggesting he’d deduct the fee from their pay. This response felt unprofessional and left us unsettled.
Other issues soon added to our dissatisfaction. The Wi-Fi was terrible, making it impossible for me to make work video calls. The spa was also a letdown—a placeholder room rather than a real spa experience. The basement buffet, while offering good food, felt oddly depressing due to its location and atmosphere. Also, the bed in the room is by the window across from the glass elevator which was quite awkward, and we had to keep the blinds closed.
After just one day, we decided to leave and booked the remainder of our stay at Bentley instead. At checkout, manager Uchkun didn’t provide an itemized receipt, and we were forced to pay in cash as none of their card readers were working.
Ultimately, this hotel has potential but suffers from poor management, lack of transparency, and inadequate services. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for guests needing reliable internet or a quality customer experience. There are certainly better...

Read moreThere are several positive aspects to this hotel, but also quite a few disappointments.
To begin with, the reception team—especially Abdullah—are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is decent, and the rooms are excellent except for the inadequate AC cooling. However, my experience took a downturn from there.
The breakfast buffet was average, with rather bland flavors. The room service menu lacks local cuisine dishes, and the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I found it uncomfortable that staff members would knock on the door deliberately seeking tips.
A late check-out of just three hours incurs a steep fee of 400,000 UZS.
One of the hotel’s main features is its spa, but it was a letdown. The space is cramped, often crowded with children’s swimming classes and accompanying noise. My massage session took place in a storage-like room, filled with containers and pipes, on an uncomfortable bed. The door didn’t close properly, resulting in kids and other guests accidentally walking in—hardly a relaxing environment.
Overall, this hotel has both strengths and weaknesses. Whether you enjoy your stay may depend on your personal tolerance for...
