The place is wonderfully decorated, comfortable chairs, the personnel greeting at the entrance is very amiable and then starts not so sunny part: We have ordered 3 pomegranate and coffee bumbles and another drink that we waited to be checked if it was available or not (from the menu, not something we had invented on the spot). It wasn't available, so we ordered another option. Still our drinks arrived after a long waiting time. There were empty spots in the sitting area, so it wasn't rush hour. Relatively narrow tall glasses with 20% drink and the other part ice cubes that hadn't melted after the drink was long gone. Two sips and only ice left. Too much coffee, to little pomegranate juice to discern. Another lovely waitress approached and we were really grateful and thanked her afterwards for her recommendation to order fresh. That fresh drink arrived early and was truly refreshing and tasty Orange in all its juicy glory. No pesky enormous cubes of ice in it. Also we ordered meat wrap and it was OK. We received it after the 2nd order of recommended fresh was finished and taken away. The meat wrap we ordered together with the first round of drinks. The pricing is fare, but not for bumbles (no 9 in menu) you get ice mostly. So much hype and not worth it. We payed 300 000 for company of 4. 6 drinks and 1 meat...
Read moreI used to be a loyal customer at Bon but after today I’ll never go back. I ordered ice cream, and only after it was handed to me in coffee cup did the sales assistant mention they had no spoons or ice cream cups - something that should’ve been communicated before I ordered, not after. When I went to the cashier, he clearly saw me standing there, but ignored me completely. He greeted and served the customers before and after me politely, but when it was my turn, he said absolutely nothing — no 'How can I help you?', nothing at all. It wasn’t just inattentiveness; it felt intentional. When I mentioned the spoon issue, he just said, 'Oh yeah, we ran out,' with no apology or effort to resolve it. I said, 'I don’t want it then,' and he replied, 'You don’t want it? Okay,' with a dismissive attitude. I didn’t even pay because no one truly acknowledged me.
It felt like they judged who deserved decent service based on appearance or clothing. That’s unacceptable - no customer should be made to feel invisible or less worthy of respect. I won’t support a place that treats people this way, and others should be aware of how inconsistent and unfair their...
