This was my worst experience with a hotel.|I booked 3 nights at this hotel in a standard king room. At time of check-in, I paid for my stay and I was guided to a room in the new extension of the hotel. The room was basic but good and there was a kind of extension to the room where there was a sofa bed. The problem was that we got no keys or card to access the room which means when we go out we keep our room opened and anyone can just simply enter. When we asked for keys, they said the building is new and they are still working on access cards and reassured us that no one will enter the room as there are cameras around. The next day, we went for breakfast at 9:00am (one hour before the breakfast time is over) and surprisingly there was nothing to eat except 3 fried eggs, jam and butter, some bread and instant coffee (Nescafé). When we requested food, they said they will refill the buffet within 10minutes but one hour went and nothing came and we had to only eat those 3 eggs with bread and instant coffee. The butter was not even edible: I opened 2 packets and both were rotten. I took pictures of butter and buffet then 10minutes later, I was surprised to receive a notification from booking.com informing me that the hotel cancelled my booking. I immediately went to the reception and asked what was happening, the reception guy (a very rude and unprofessional person) said that it was because I was given a deluxe room instead of a standard room and that this change messed up their reservation system. I said it is fine with me to change the room but they said it is OK I can stay in that deluxe room and they will try to restore the details of my booking but nothing was done. Of course all this drama was done by them to avoid my bad review on booking.com as they knew I was going to rate them bad because one of the girls who work in kitchen saw me taking pictures of the poor empty “buffet”.|Next day, we went earlier for breakfast and it was not much different than the first day, but this time they removed the butter as for sure, they saw the rotten packets that I opened and left in my plate.|During our whole stay, the room was not cleaned or even arranged. They didn’t even change the towels or put toilet tissue rolls.|This hotel is really to avoid:|- rude staff (not all, but the tall guy of reception who is usually taking the morning shift and the older lady in kitchen (the cook probably) are really rude and unprofessional)|- poor quality and quantity of food|- unsafe rooms (open access with no keys)|-...

I booked this place in Booking.com In 13th November 2024.
My stay day was 21st March 2025 for 2 night
I booked it for 64 USD. I booked so early because I got a reasonably good deal.
Just a week before my stay the hotel sent me a message saying that . They can't accommodate me . Because they have some problems in their swear line. (That is completely false information that I later released )
I ask them relocate me to the defrance room. Hotel told me it was hotel base problem.
And they canceled my booking. And leave me in mental stress at this last moment
I booked on 13th nov 2024 They cancel me 16th March 2025 My stay was 21st March 2025
When I search the same hotel in booking.com they have same family room available for 21st March but price was 183 USD almost triple the price.
Then I realised they try to charge more that's why they cancel my booking.
Even today(21st March) I'm in Tashkent write this review at this very moment they have Twin rooms available in booking.com for 120 USD.
This was 1st time with me. I never experienced this type of scam in any country. Thanks to booking.com

Read moreMy wife and I didn't like it here. We spent here 8 nights, left disappointed with the service. We stayed from September 10, 2022 till September 18, 2022. During our previous trip to Uzbekistan, another hotel was much, much better for a lower price. The room was big, but time-worn. Squeaky door to the bathroom, partly broken shower cabin, some stains on the walls and bedsheets. There were two admins in the hotel. The younger one was helpful and polite, but the other one, middle-aged, was really unpleasant. A few times I had to wait for 10 minutes for him to finish talking on the phone with his friends before I could ask him a question. Once I asked him to put out the trash from the room, he said, "It's women's work!" There is much more. There were strong kitchen smells in the room in the morning (bad ventilation). The breakfasts were no good at all and sometimes had spoilt foods in them. The WiFi was almost non-existent. It was pretty noisy at nights due to the loud administrator who LOVES talking on his cell phone and slamming doors. We won't come back to this place - it's a good thing there are many other hotels in...
