Шеф Burger — Restaurant in Tashkent

Шеф бургер in Shota Rustaveli street near Grand Mir hotel. Tiny place but cozy, inside it smells food with oil, however their cheeseburger is one of the best burgers in the city. We ordered Halpane 2 set and it was good the set includes a cheeseburger, potato fries and a coke. I liked the food, and even it smells food inside they prepare the burgers in front of you so you can observe how your order has been prepared. However I see some minuses The name is in Russian which is totally fine for me but the menu and the stuff also speak in Russian there is not anything in Uzbek or English languages. The burgers are not that bad (3 out of 5), but the staff is terrible! The three guys behind the counter were laughing at some customers, mocking them all the time (in the meantime of course two of them were checking their phones as well...). They do not speak any language except their own of course, and when we placed our order (in english) instead of trying to help us, they started laughing even at us as we were idiots. This place is great. Good service and food quality is awesome. I ordered the Мясоруб (or the Meat Grinder) with fries and the size of the burger is massive. You get a pair of black gloves because it's going to get messy. The burgers here are equivalent to an American Burger Restaurant (not fast food like McD).
