I stayed at the Marmaris Saray Hotel in Tashkent from July 22 to July 28, 2025. Despite arriving early in the morning on July 22, the hotel kindly processed a pair check‑in and arranged my room promptly—an exceptional gesture considering normal check‑in times begin at 14:00 .

Nestled centrally in Tashkent, the hotel is conveniently located near key attractions such as the Opera Theater named after Navoi and the independence square, with nearby metro stations like Kosmonavtlar and Aybek within about 1.2 km . The hotel offers buffet breakfast, free Wi‑Fi, and free secure parking, along with in-room amenities like air conditioning, Smart TV, minibar and also airport shuttle service….

🧼 Cleanliness & Comfort

My room was immaculately cleaned daily. It featured all necessary amenities—comfortable bed, mini-fridge, hair dryer, slippers, and toiletries. The space felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained, and housekeeping was reliable and professional… Unfortunately I don’t remember any name from housekeepers😔 but they were doing great which made my stay more enjoyable 😌😇

🍳 Dining

Breakfast was generous and varied: fresh pastries, cheeses, salads, cereals, eggs, yoghurts, tea and coffee..The buffet offerings were consistently appetizing every morning and provided a satisfying start to the day .

🧑‍💼 Staff & Service

The staff at reception and dining were helpful and polite. I was especially impressed by Bobur(there were two people with the same name one from first shift and another from second shift) Although different individuals, both shared the same name and exhibited consistent professionalism and friendliness. Bobur on the first shift greeted me warmly upon arrival, arranged the early check‑in, and ensured my room was ready. Later, Bobur on the second shift assisted with questions during the stay, always with a helpful attitude. My stay at The Marmaris Saray Hotel exceeded my expectations. All the facilities were modern and clean, and the bathroom was thoughtfully designed. The bed was just the right firmness and very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and responsive, handling everything efficiently. I especially want to recommend Saidaziz, who always greeted guests when they left the hotel and asked for suggestions during check-out. They made it clear that the hotel truly cares about the guest experience and puts effort into its service. Another highlight was the breakfast.It was truly impressive, offering dozens of options including salads, hot dishes, fruits, and desserts. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, which is very convenient for guests with early morning plans. The hotel is centrally located. Just a short walk to the main road brings you to a row of restaurants, and the metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. This hotel is honestly a great value for the price.I give it 120 out of 100, and highly recommend it...

I had a fantastic stay at Marmaris Hotel in Tashkent. The location is ideal – tucked away in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, yet just a short walk from excellent restaurants and top sights in the city. It’s the perfect balance of quiet comfort and convenience.

The hotel itself is spotless, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to rest and recharge. The breakfast each morning was delicious – fresh, generous, and a great way to start the day.

But the real highlight of my stay was the incredible receptionist, Umar. At just 18 years old, he impressed me deeply. Warm, friendly, always smiling, and remarkably intelligent, Umar speaks several languages and handles everything with professionalism and kindness. He made me feel genuinely welcome, and his attitude was inspiring – I left wanting to learn more myself!
