Papillon Hotel Tashkent — Hotel in Tashkent

The room was smelling cigarette. During the night people were smoking and chatting outside my room. The lady in the reception never said hi or good morning. Breakfast was really poor. Nobody spoke English. The cleaner never came. When I tried to enter my room on the second day they insisted that I prepay to them all my scheduled days (5). I left at once paying them what I owned and found something much more decent in the area. They could not operate the credid card machine so i had to pay in cash. Stay away....

I visited place in pandemic time form NYC. Place need more improvement for to be the best hotel in Tashkent. Being honest you can't expects NYC Hotels level service in Tashkent yet. But place have warm additute toward guests with humble staffs members. Especially delicious and authentic healthy foods amazed me.
