Hamilton Hotel — Hotel in Tashkent

We were dumped into a taxi and sent here from Praga Hotel together with another couple as they had overbooked.

Unfortunately Hamilton Hotel was obviously not informed, after quite some phone calls they told us they have only one room. As we had planned to sleep from 8pm to 1am between train and airport, we finally got the room, which was the worst ever. Twin room, mattresses comparable with the yurt camp, no toilet paper. And this had cost us precious time of our planned sleep.

After our tour operator obviously talked to the hotel they "suddenly" found another room with double bed, tolerable mattress and at least toilpaper. Still, it cost us another half hour of our sleep.

Unfortunately on top floor, we could hear the water pump every 5 seconds when someone did run water and people on the phone as of they were standing next to the bed.

Hotel and rooms seem to be new (also considering only 3 reviews so far). Tiny bathrooms, no water in room or coffee facilities. Rooms have obviously different standards of beds, mattresses and design.

The Staff in receptionist Abduloh was super friendly even they were sold out of standard room and Agoda didn't lete know about it, he not make me go cancel my booking and go different hotel and it would of been a bit of hassle to go find different places he upgraded me to lux room free of charge which is very generous from his side very friendly staff helped me allot and asked if I need anything else just let me...

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.
