The room was huge and had a sitting area. There was also a balcony. The hotel provided free transport to and from the airport. A 24-hour market and a very good Turkish restaurant were half a block away.|The room was very clean but not the bathroom. It seemed it was used by others. The shower and toilet shared the space. When taking a shower, water was everywhere. Also, poor drainage in the shower. We told the woman who was in charge during the day. At 8 AM, we found staff members still sleeping. After waking them, they said breakfast would be served, but even by 9 AM nothing came — only the excuse that the cook hadn’t arrived. We also asked for basic toiletries, but they were never provided.
The kitchen was dirty, the staff were unprofessional (one didn’t wake up at all), and the “hotel” turned out to be just the 11th floor of an apartment building, with no proper signs, which made it confusing to find.
