TKH Restaurant — Restaurant in Tashkent

A neat Muscovite atmospheric "neobistro". A novel restaurant format that echoes the soviet format of dining. Merely echoes. A better term would be - an eastern european boutique restaurant.

The place is neat and easygoing. The food is prepared smartly and with consideration of proportion. The ingredients are fresh, the portion sizes are just right and the entire selection, from salads to beverages does fairly represents Georgian cuisine. Supplementary selections from other parts of the world like Chinese teas are authentic as well. Which goes a long way for a Tashkent restaurant.

The prices are quite fair, but not for the local populace. But this applies to anything that could be called a restaurant with sincerity. So, no strikes for this one.

Having considered the overall experience their food gets five stars.

Service gets four. Although it was proper and bother free, the person serving our company smelled. Really-really smelled.

The atmosphere get four stars as well. The architecture of the establishment is quite neat and the place is clean and tidy. The problem is the music. For a place like this, inspiration could be drawn from Los Angeles type boutique restaurants that prioritize ambient tunes.

The dishes we've tried that are worth remarking include the caramelized beat salad, "Georgian Light" salad, the lamb with grains, barbecued beef with berry sauce.

Another overpriced place where we would expect excellent food and service and yet as it may appear in this group of restaurants that the food is ok-ish while the service is non-existent.

First, we didn’t have a reservation and when arrived asked for a table. There was no one who knew whether a table outside was available. When the hostess came we got a table but the face she made looked we bothered her with our existence.

We ordered food and drinks and the waiter was nice and knowledgeable. We shared with him most recent negative experience in their sister restaurant and jokingly asked not to disappear. Yet, 40 min later still no drinks (water and wine) and no waiter to be found. They run a lot around appearing busy but with little efficiency. When we complained to someone who looked like a manager we got a waiter back but no drinks. A table next to us had similar complaint.

Overall the food was ok-ish nothing to be excited about and pretty sure there are places who offer tastier food, but with that service won’t be going back any time soon. Neither to any of the same group restaurants as it seems to be a systematic issue that the management needs to address the soonest noting how much they charge in the menu for...

Всем шалом! Скажите, кто из вас не любит горяченькую хачапури в сочном сыре или сочненькие хинкали? Да любой кроме повара этого заведения. Заказывал именно эти блюда и какой-то салатик который стоил 90.000 сум). Сказал, чтоб принесли все вместе. Официант сделал понимающее лицо и одобрительно мне кивнул. В итоге принесли в холодном виде.

Официант взял блюдо, подошел к другому официанту, который нес поднос с грязной посудой с другого стола и положил мое блюдо до кучи к грязной посуде.

Столик, забронированный заранее по телефону, по приходу оказался - занят. Рядом, кстати, был грязный стол который никак не хотели убирать и все время пока я ждал свой заказ не убрали)).

Меня хотел высадить в другое место управляющая по имени Мария и по факту хотела меня выгнать. Персонал относится к людям, как к скоту. В итоге пересадили меня рядом с ТУАЛЕТОМ))) хорошо хоть в рот не виибали))

Когда я все-же решил пожаловаться и решил найти кого-то хоть немного адекватного наткнулся на интересную ситуацию рядом с кухней; стоит официант с блюдами в углу и ...кушает их) Ну подумаешь, человек решил пообедать, но потом он отнес его клиенту... В общем я нашел вроде бы повара или не знаю кто он (лет 30-ти) попытался ему обьяснить, что тут полный кошмар. В итоге был послан)

Крайне не рекомендую это! Очень высокие цены! Cредний чек вообще не на 100К-150К (как указано везде), а выйдет минимум 300К, если вы решите нормально покушать) один чай выходит уже на 85К (потому что официант якобы случайно перепутал и вам придется теперь платить) Ужасное место.
