Kua Casa Suite — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I didnt writ it with emotion.. i wrote it in detail and based on facts to help you and them!! First of all location is good and especially all staffs were kind even though their English was not enough to conversation.. the most problem was “cleaning” it was seriously most bad condition place untill 18days Vietnam travel..I really hope someone read this! If there are can check any staffs of honer please considering this…!! Pool We were really expectation their pool. First day when we arrived here we just went pool first. At the first time we didnt know and we never had this much dirty water before so just went in… but the water color was not clean and we could see inside floating dirty things and hairs and even bugs… and even oily form…. People didnt wash before and they didnt clean pool so every condition made that pool water that much dirty.. Room - especially floor and “bath room” I guess this hotel cleaner dosent have “clean” ideal… we reservation deluxe room for relax size of room.. when we first time went in we could smell about the smoke… but we didnt claim.. just we dont want be sensitive.. after that we put our baggages.. near by window floors had bird shit… not only one.. i cant guess how can birds in.. and even didnt clean up… so i got the bad feeling.. then went to toilet cus bed and towels were can be most clean things(every hotel send thier laundry to company so..) ant i saw the scar of mens pee mark on toilet.. even the trash bean cap also covered with mark… and… actually most of things there were even lots of ants… and our room was first floor.. we should listen 24hours their reception music… that much could hear any sounds… so i really dont want asking clean our room to clean staff… we was staying for 5days.. during of 5days we asked only 1times clean.. and only changed towels and.. even when that one time clean after when i cheked toilet.. that charger person never exceed my expectation.. even toilet marks is still and full of ants and… just sink also.. ah… and that rooms has dishes for food.. we try to use knife.. this is most gross part… there stuck on old food rest things… on knife… when i touched i really grossed….. So i really really asked them to education of clean! Anyways if you are generous of that kind of things as i said...

tl;dr Room 303 has a serious ant infestation.

Kua Casa seemed to fit everything my parents and I were looking for - it was a stone's throw away from My Khe Beach, the rooms were relatively spacious, and it even came with a small kitchenette! My parents were also in love with the infinity pool upstairs, and the spacious rooftop area if you needed some time alone.

We were to be disappointed within 5 minutes of arrival. I casually opened a cupboard and there it was - a bowl of unidentified substance (probably some kind of custard) leftover by a previous occupant, and covered with ANTS. I wondered if the room was even thoroughly cleaned at all. This was but the start of our dealing with this huge ant nest this accommodation actually is.

Over the course of the next 4 nights, we had uncountable encounters with ants. The bathroom sink was perpetually crawling with ants - they particularly loved hanging out in clusters on the paper that toothbrushes were wrapped in. I opened my laptop one day to discover ants (note: plural) crawling on the keyboard. There was a perpetual trail of ants behind the table. You get the gist: ants were everywhere.

Frankly, did the ants cause much trouble? Not really. We all have ants at home. But it does cause us a fair bit of anxiety to have to ensure that everything was well-kept, sealed, or hidden in the fridge. And I think it is the fact that we had so many ants in so small a space, in a room which is supposedly cleaned by housekeeping, and which is only a little more than a year old, which was concerning to me.

Some other small issues - television was spoilt, which I thought should have been discovered prior to us checking in. And it seemed weird to have glass walls for the bathroom in a "Family Suite" - nobody needs to see their family members using the toilet or the bathroom. The frosting was barely useful, and there was a significant gap even when the bathroom blinds were drawn.

Overall, if I were to come back to Danang again, I will mostly likely bring my business...

Very strong sewer smell in the room. The staff brought air fresheners to eliminate the smell. Complete disregard for the health of thier guest as this gas is quite toxic. With the bathroom window open the smell never disappears and at night it was stronger. The internet did not work well ( constant hit or miss) staff says it’s ok on thier phone. We took photos to send them of the problem many times during our 4 days there, it was never resolved.

We visited to ensure the rooms were clean and adequate. Staying for 1 month Upon check in we were given a room someone had heavily smoked in. 4th Fl Then we had to now go to a room with no balcony. Then then sewer smell, then the lack of consistent internet, then the a/c ‘s were filthy and had not been cleaned for a long time. We were told they had been ( the first room ) nonetheless they did get someone out but the room was so Smokey we could not stay in there. It was not relaxing, and very toxic for our health. So we requested to cancel due to all of these issue and felt it best to move on. The owners became quite defensive and rude not polite. They kept a huge portion of our money, with no regard to the situation and how unhealthy it was for us especially someone who is over 75 yrs. The 5th Fl room to has the sewer smell. The pictures are outdated as there is now an elevator and no longer a lounging area. The sheets are old and not comfy The towels are hard and had a bad smell to them. Not fresh. Then we were locked out. This happened and was our experience in July/...
