Horizon Bar — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

It was a very strange experience. The bar itself and the view are very nice. But the service and other details do not correspond to a bar of this class, or rather the class to which this bar aspires. The outer cushions are stained, not very luxurious, but it's a detail. We received a card with a 3-page beer list. I selected 3 items, none were available. There are also craft beers there. Then the second waitress came and gave us a completely different menu with a short list of beers that were available. Why couldn't it be done right away? The food was delicious, I must admit. However, when we ate, no one came to take the plates, my fiancé asked for the menu (he wanted dessert) and someone brought it, took my plate, but no one came back for his plate. Then we waited for about 15 minutes and no one came to take an order, 2nd plate, or ask if we wanted anything else. We went to the bar to pay and left. What a gem! Horizon Bar at the Four Points Sheraton absolutely nailed it on every front. The atmosphere was amazing, with panoramic views, stylish decor, and just the right energy. The live music added the perfect touch — relaxing yet lively, creating a fantastic vibe as the sun went down.

The food was excellent, far exceeding expectations for a rooftop bar. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully served.

A huge thank you to Trinh, who was super nice and incredibly attentive throughout the night. Her warmth and professionalism made the experience even better.

What an amazing experience! The food was top notch, the view was absolutely incredible, and the service was above average. We were lucky enough to be there when they had a live singer. I usually don’t like live singing but this guy was incredible! Great voice and seamless transitions between songs. It really added to the experience. Our server was so sweet and helpful, gave us excellent food recommendations and then took the time to show us some local places to get coffee and other local delicacies. I can’t sing the praises of this place enough. Would give 10 stars...
