We stayed like a deluxe king with the bathtub inside the room
I give it a 5 stars but there’s are still cons! -ants attack! They kept crawling around from the bathtub area, bed. Not a big issue with us because it only happened towards the end of trip.
-room can be quite stuffy, not sure why some nights it’s so stuffy. Borrow their fan.
breakfast is a no. Too little varieties and it’s mainly like local kueh or bao.
sent my clothing for laundry services. They lost my shorts. No compensation but it’s fine as it’s not expensive but it’s my fav pair of shorts. Quite upset.
I wish hotel can have a tag to let staff know not to come in for housekeeping because we really do not like housekeeping because of privacy concerns. The staff came in without our consent and accidentally hide all my staff behind the blinds which made me shocked I thought they threw it away. That gives me a mini heart attack
-don’t go to the seafood they recommend it’s not nice and the place is quite dirty but if you wanna experience local vibes go ahead.
Pros
digitalised room. -NICE PLACE… you will love to stay in the bed all day long!
-Netflix available , but u got to link the account!!! Please rmb to sign out haha, our room have account by previous guest Instagramable place nice noodle place around you got to walk around excellence services, promptness and cheerful personality by the staff
thanks mr sang , lady supervisior and mr tan for taking care of us. We had few issue with our airline they helped us to call and found address that we can go to. Appreciate it.
go for their private tour it’s safer and reasonable rate we got guilt trip by their local drivers prior to engaging hotel tour.
no room service like ordering of food but the grab food services with grab helps a lot and we love grabbing food over hahahah.
special shout-out to the managing director of the hotel, we bumped into lyndsey one of your housekeeping staff. She’s so well spoken and composed, too wasted to be housekeeping staff.please work on staff promotion for good staff so everyone get to return back to a welcoming and safe hotel in da nang with le bouton.
The only reason why I would like my trip.....
Read moreNo Natural Light: we got place on the first floor (ground level) with no natural lights in our room, therefore it feels like an underground room. Unfixed Toilet: the smart part of the toilet bowl is not working, ask about it they say they will fix it the next day but they didnt. Faulty Power Outlets: most of the plugs in the room are not fully functioning, I had to charge my laptop on the sink plug. Noisy Air Conditioning: the air con sounds really loud and I couldn’t sleep well at night. Pool System Noise: the room is also next to the swimming pool system making the sound incredably loud and at 50-60 dbs which is NOT a sleeping environment. Disappointing Breakfast: the asian style breakfast is not very nice didnt even finished the food. If you unfortunately booked this hotel, order the western type of breakfats instead. Broken Ceiling Tiles: in the toilet. Poor Room Cleanliness: clealiness 1/5, dirty curtains and bathtub area. Unsafe Bathtub Design: very easily slipable and knock your head on the stone steps as there is no handles or railings around the bathtub area. Inconvenient Room Access: having to walk pass the public access toilet every time in order to enter the room. Bad Room Placement: this is the only room on the level, they really should not put a room here. It feels like the room is only here to make more money and nothing about guest comfort.
The only reason I did not make a fuss during my stay was because I was only here for 2 nights and I’m out early and back late both days, there were no staff to actually deal with my issue so I decided to just bear with it. My friend who paid the same price as me got a slightly better room (at least with no sound issu), so just don’t get as unlucky like us. I have make a quick comment upon my check out, but the staff was just demanding me to delete my google reviews and say they will give me a free ride to the airport, in which I happily accepted the offer but I don't think it's valid for me to remove my comment as these are my...

I had an amazing time staying at Le Bouton Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam. This place blends modern technology with cozy comfort in such a smart and stylish way!
From the moment you step into the lobby, the design catches your eye—soft green and white tones with a clean, minimalist feel. It instantly gives off a calming, fresh vibe.
Inside the room, I was blown away. Everything is smart-controlled! You can manage the lights, air conditioning, and even the curtains from one central screen—super convenient. The bed was soft and perfect for relaxing, and the room came with a smart TV, mini fridge, luggage rack, safe, and even grooming kits like a hairbrush, razor, and weighing scale.
And yes—it really has three separate bathroom areas:
A Japanese-style toilet with a built-in bidet.
A rainfall shower hidden in the ceiling with hot and cold options.
And the highlight: a sunlit soaking bathtub that feels totally romantic and peaceful!
The sink area is separated outside the bathrooms so it’s super convenient for sharing.
Downstairs, there's a warm pool to relax in after a long day exploring. Breakfast is included and you can choose from local pho, eggs, or an American-style plate, along with coffee and yogurt every morning—super satisfying.
Le Bouton Hotel truly gives you the comfort of modern living with thoughtful design touches, right in the heart of Da Nang. It’s a must-stay if you're visiting Vietnam. Would absolutely...
