I have to admit I was a bit hesitant before arriving, since the reviews were very good but seemed quite recent. So it was a great surprise to see that the place is actually amazing—one of the best places I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam.

It’s basically a mini apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped, at least for one person, and everything looks clean and fairly new. There’s even a washing machine, which is super convenient, and the owner kindly offered to help with a dryer if needed—amazing service.

There’s an elevator, and I’d definitely recommend asking for a higher floor, as the views are really nice from up there. Overall, the place is very complete and comfortable.

If I come back to Da Nang, I’d definitely stay here again.

Lots of these reviews are fake. The giveway is usually when they have less than 10 reviews and use flowery language like they work for a travel magazine reviewing a 5 star hotel. Go see the location and room for yourself and you will see it's nothing special. A tiny building down a tiny dark alley. Not close to the beach like some of the reviews say. Not saying it's a bad place, but certainly not worth 4.9 stars, which is another indicator...
