If you’re craving a hearty bowl of traditional Vietnamese phở with no shortcuts, Phở Long Hói in Đà Nẵng delivers exactly that—and more. This spot has earned a loyal following thanks to its bold broth, generous portions, and no-nonsense, street-style atmosphere.

The broth is the highlight: strong, aromatic, and rich with beef essence. It’s clearly been slow-cooked for hours, packed with flavor but not overly oily or salty. The meats—from rare sliced beef to brisket and tendon—are always fresh and cooked to perfection. Add in fresh herbs, lime, chili, and garlic vinegar on the side, and you’ve got a phở experience that hits hard in the best way.

Phở Long Hói feels authentic and unpretentious. Seating is casual, service is fast, and the pricing is super fair—perfect for both locals and travelers looking for real Vietnamese comfort food without the...

Open and airy space. Quick service. Everything seemed fine. However, the noodles were a bit dry, and the broth didn’t taste good to me. I ordered the braised beef pho — I was honestly surprised at how cheap it was considering this is a rather expensive business area. There was a generous amount of meat. Still, the broth lacked flavor and didn’t match my personal taste. Pho came with "bánh quẩy" (fried dough sticks), but they were served cold instead of being reheated. Despite that, I still appreciate this place and think it’s worth a try. What doesn’t suit my taste may still be delicious to...

We know the place and have been to another branch as well. The food is good, but they all have the same issue there’s no soap in the restrooms. When I mentioned it was out of stock, they told me there had never been any, which was even more surprising. Do the employees never wash their hands? If they do, they must be washing without soap. It’s a major shortcoming that makes me think a place that looks so clean actually has a hidden hygiene problem. Please get some soap for your establishment. Wearing a mask every day while only washing your hands with water is just...

After a few months of opening, the quality has gone down. Bo Kho is now tasteless, significant smaller portion, felt kinda rip off. (Can see bowl in the 2nd picture has only 5 pcs of meat with broth doesn't even fill half bowl comparing to the bowl in the 1st pic which was taken when the restaurant first opened). Also, they claim to make Northern Pho but lacking the basic Northern Pho spices and condiments. Not recommend, it's now a tourist trap.
