Our friend suggested we come here cause the food was good and a popular place. When we showed up it was empty and it was at dinner time so I thought that's not a good sign.
I ordered the Bun Mam. I was super excited because I have eaten at two different places and have loved it both! My husband ordered the My Quang as this place is for it as well. We also got the extra thit nuong cause meat portions are so small in Vietnam.
Let's just say my Bun Mam was disappointing. It lacked the 'Mam' in the bun Mam! I had to ask for addition sauce which I poured a lot in because I lacked depth and flavor. The Mam is that stink that makes it taste so damn stinking good...it didn't stink or was so good.
Husbands my quang was also a disappointment. It lacked flavor as well and just wasn't what we have had...Or is this normal? Is my quang that bland?? We have had good my quang so my answer is No!?!?!?
The thit nuong wasn't grilled, it was stir fried....another disappointment.
Sorry but this placed sucked and don't recommend it. We got lost when we tried to find this place and went to another one first, the other one was packed with people! And their food prices were cheaper as well! Guess we'll have to backtrack soon so we can go check out the other place which was probably much better tasting.
Staff was nice and all, atmosphere was nice and clean but the food lacked flavor and so I can't...

If you crave real Vietnamese flavor, this is the spot that will blow your...
Read moreChance upon this restaurant as the more famous down the street was fully booked. Saw the past reviews and thought might as well try it. Utter disappointment! First, there was language barrier as the service staff can’t really speak English. We were sitting at level 2 and were constantly neglected. There wasn’t any baby chair available and the service staff seem to be more interested in serving the locals. After ordering our food, they waited 30mins before telling us all their rice dishes were sold out! It was only 1pm in the afternoon and not super crowded; not sure why it’s even sold out. I had 3 kids with me, and it was really not considerate for them… after almost an hour spent at the restaurant, we were only served with 2 drinks and a noodle. Left the restaurant unhappy and...
