Lamuno Hotel Da Nang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Nice little hotel in good location and near to beach very quiet street. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice when Asian guests were there but we were there 17 days and when the hotel was quiet there was basically bread ham and cucumber and odd bits of cake they asked if u would like eggs but we would have rather had choice of noodles rice and other dishes available when there were lots of people in the hotel. When we asked for towels to use on the beach they said they didn’t have any and to take from the bathroom which wasn’t ideal as they were still wet from showering. The water was always hot but there was a lack of shower gel the cleaner only gave us one small tube every 2 days. The cleaner left us a fresh vase of flowers and some fruit and and also one of the reception girls presented us with a present of Vietnamese coffee which was a nice gesture, all in all our stay was very nice but the breakfast let this hotel down with no choice when hotel was quiet. I arrived in DaNang without much of a plan. I was staying in a different hotel but thought I could better. I walked past Lamuno to have a look, liked the look, checked-in for a 2 days and 2 months later, I am still here. I love it!||||The rooms are very comfortable, the street is quiet and tree-lined, breakfast is plentiful and good quality...but what makes the Lamuno stand out for me is the lovely staff.||||They succeed in making the hotel feel like a home. It is like having a second family. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is incredibly friendly. Even those that cannot speak English communicate with a smile. We booked 3 days there and both rooms had only 2 bottles of water for the first day. Come on this is a hotel. I have a very small motel but we still give one customer a bottle of water every single day but here we stayed for 3 days and got only 1 bottle of water for the first day and thats it. I dont know about my sisters room but my room the bell door didnt work, the thing in the washroom was broken. Too bad I didnt take pictures because I really didn’t want to give negative reviews but I still can’t get over the mad feelings when we didn’t even get the very basic service.
