M92 BOUTIQUE DA NANG BEACH HOTEL — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

This hotel is an absolute disaster and without doubt the worst stay of my life. I would give zero stars if possible.

I paid 700,000 VND for laundry/ironing and almost every single item came back wrinkled. When I complained, the receptionist was rude, arrogant, and told me she didn’t care and that I must “pay now.” Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe it.

The construction noise was unbearable hours of drilling and hammering that made it impossible to rest. I have a health condition that makes it hard to fall back asleep if I’m woken up, and they never bothered to inform guests about this in advance, which every decent hotel does. Instead, I lost two hours of sleep and felt completely ignored.

They also lied about late check-out. They said I could stay until 1:00 PM, but at 12:30 I was kicked out. No respect, no care, just “leave now.” I didn’t feel like a guest I felt like a problem they wanted to get rid of.

On top of all this, the room itself was awful. Dirty walls, weak air conditioning, and noise from the hallway all night long. This is nowhere near the standard they pretend to offer.

This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel. Between the dishonesty, rude staff, poor quality service, and lack of basic respect for paying guests, it was the single worst travel experience I have ever had.

I found this boutique hotel while browsing for a nice and affordable place for my stay in Danang. This was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed in all of my travels. This new trendy chic designed boutique hotel has a cafe attached where you eat breakfast included with the room. The breakfast, Vietnamese coffees, and fresh juices was delectable.

I chose to stay in the queen suite after seeing how cute the interior was online. I was blown away by the details of the room! Additionally, the staff was absolutely top notch. They hand delivered fresh watermelon juice to my room upon arrival. I also had mentioned to the manager ahead of time that my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and upon entering the room I noticed a beautiful cake and flowers. So sweet of them! They really went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. I had laundry service done which was extremely easy. I just had to leave my bag, notify them, and when I came back everything was cleaned and folded.

One of the nicest things was their help with scooter rentals right at the hotel. We even had a small incident with my friend on one of the scooters and the staff was extremely kind and understanding and only cared about our safety first.

I feel like after I left here, the staff and I were like family.

This hotel is worthy of beautiful words only! I did not like my room at Sala Danang (more than double the price of M92) so decided to change. I am so glad I moved here, because this hotel is exceptional for its price point. I am staying in the studio room, which is so spacious, modern, clean and unique. The beds are so comfortable and the room is so breathable (I left Sala Danang because room was so stuffy). All the staff here go above and beyond for you. I feel so happy to be around them because they are so friendly, kind and always want to help. I met the owner while I was standing outside and he gave me many suggestions of things to do and cafes to visit. He really is such a beautiful soul and his staff are all the same. The rooftop pool is perfect, you get the sun and a beautiful view. Rooms are so quiet and soundproof, I have the perfect sleep. The lobby in itself is awesome, it’s so cool and the interior on all floors are awesome. This is located in the perfect area, close to cool cafes but nice and quiet. I rented a motorbike, and the owner suggested we drive up to Lady Buddha, this drive was one of the highlights of my trip so I am so thankful for the owner.
