I also spent a ridiculous amount of time in Koreatown, Los Angeles so I know good Korean food! It's embarrassing to say but Veteran in Hoi An puts ALL Korean restaurants in Oregon to shame. I've been in Portland for 14 years and we lack good Korean restaurants. There are a few that are passable but far from good.
Let me start by saying that the service is top notch. This establishment is very clean with nice decor. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
