This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in my entire life. I’ve been travelling around Asia for the past 2 months and even the hostels are much better. First of all me and my friend arrived and they gave us a dirty room, the beds weren’t even made, this happen with 2 more rooms.. we were hoping that at least the last one they’d gave us they’d make sure that it was clean. Nope. That hotel hasn’t been cleaned since 2002 at least. Stains, dust and dirt everywhere. We went to check the shower and it was full of hair… like totally disgusting. The staff was kind, but they barely spoke English, so it was very hard to communicate with them, and even though they gave us an upgrade to what I believe is one of their best rooms, it wasn’t still properly clean for a 4 star hotel and it was super noisy. I couldn’t sleep properly the 2 nights that I stayed there, you could hear everything from the other rooms and the corridors.. so overall my experience was really bad..
The only good thing is that the location was okay and close to the beach. Also the pool is nice, but it says also that it has a gym and it literally has 2 machines.. anyway, I do not...
Read moreWe had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for our family. Comfort wise hotel room was fine.||Location was good. It was just 5-7mins walk from the beach. ||There two major issues:|1. The breakfast was pathetic. They hardly had any good options for vegetarians. The most surprising thing was that they did not even serve corn flakes which actually works as a life saver when there is nothing to east. Secondly, they did not even serve cow milk. Whichever milk they were serving smelt very bad. ||2. They need to improve their TV channels. They should provide OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime so that the tourist can enjoy||This hotel is not good for Indian Tourist, especially if they are pure vegetarian. To attract the growing Indian market they have to fix these two things.||Their staff was very nice & polite but they could not improve anything based on the feedback given which was...
Read moreI stayed at Prague Hotel in Da Nang for 3 nights with my family of 08 pax. The hotel is above average when it comes to comfort. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is good — just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
But the breakfast was really disappointing, especially for Indian vegetarians. This is the first hotel I have seen that does not even serve basic corn flakes. The milk they provided was not cow milk, and it had a bad smell. We could not even go near it. All of us started our day hungry.
If the hotel wants to attract more Indian travellers, they really need to improve their food menu. A better breakfast with some vegetarian options would make a big difference. And please serve good cow milk.
Overall, good location and comfortable stay, but breakfast experience...
