Thuong at reception is incredibly helpful, kind and attentive! 🙏 She responds to WhatsApps pretty much immediately, which is awesome, and helped us with a package delivery when we weren’t there - thanks Thuong!

The location is a slight walk from big supermarkets or the touristy area, but it’s really quiet and peaceful, and close to the beach. We booked the room with a mountain view, which was beautiful. It has a washing machine (no dryer) on the balcony, although we didn’t use it. The kitchen has plates, bowls, cutlery and some other things, as well as a microwave. The air con works well. The shower is good.

The condition of the room is the reason I’m not giving it a 5 star, as the bedding felt worn and made us feel itchy. We found a dead bug & suspicious stains under the sheet, which was concerning, as well as some ants & other bugs flying around the room. There were kids’ drawings on some of the walls, which should be washed off or tended to. The couch is also looking a bit worn. It just needs some maintenance and extra care to make it feel properly nice and clean to stay in.

location was 2min walk from the beach, some nice coffee shops around and a supermarket. this part of the beach area is quite peaceful and less touristy, so for me it was perfect.

the apartment appeared to be well described and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. really, nothing else i would wish for. we furnished, clean, all kitchen appliances, big fridge and a washing machine were a huge plus. the space was really cozy, felt like home.

the host suggested cleaning and changing towels, nice thing as well.

I had the most comfortable stay here in NM Homes. The recptionist, Ngọc, was very kind and friendly. She recommended places for shopping, salons, restaurants, which helped me so much during my stay.

The location is 3-min walk to the beach, 2-min to the convenient store and 1-min from the main road. It's easy to find, and easy to get Grab services in the area.

The room is spacious, with kitchen, washer, and bathroom. And daily cleaning services if requested.
