It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from Han Market – not too far, but not right in the centre. It's more like small studios is in a building with a lift, which is quite handy. There’s no proper reception – just a coffee shop on the ground floor which was temporarily closed.

At night, there’s a security guard on duty, which I didn’t know beforehand. The first night, I came back late and saw a man sleeping on a chair downstairs – gave me a bit of a fright, to be honest! We didn’t understand each other at first, but eventually I realised he was just the night guard.

Since there’s no front desk, I’m not too sure about luggage storage. For me personally, check-in went smoothly – I contacted a staff member via WhatsApp beforehand, picked up the key card, and everything was sorted.

There’s an LG front-loading washing machine in the unit with both English and Vietnamese instructions – should be easy for most people to use. No daily housekeeping or linen change, which was fine for me. There are rubbish bins near the lift, and quite a few mini-marts nearby where you can buy water or drinks.

The building is right across from a temple and a primary school. I read reviews saying it might be noisy, but since I stayed mostly over the weekend and during Vietnam’s National Day, it was actually okay. Only heard school noise for a day or two. That said, it might not be ideal for remote work – the temple chanting in the afternoons can go on for a bit. I was just here for a short stay though, so it didn’t bother me.

There are a few nice cafés nearby – some a bit trendy, Instagram-style, and a popular local place selling fish cake noodle soup. Worth trying if you’re passing by.

適合希望能使用洗衣機的旅客，我感覺峴港似乎不像其他城市容易找到投幣洗衣機，這是我一開始選擇這裡的原因。 樓下的咖啡店目前暫時關閉，不需要感應房卡就能上樓，有夜間守衛，第一晚回來遇到警衛因為語言隔閡一開始有點害怕，後來我理解了。 雖然不會有人天天來打掃房間，但狀況還可以，只是我發覺越南冷氣似乎沒有其他亞洲國家這麼強，洗衣機是LG滾筒，介面是越南文和英文，很容易操作。 特別以我的母語書寫介紹造訪過附近的店家，如果你是台灣或香港遊客，或許可以參考，附近幾家魚丸/魚餅名店，有點類似甜不辣加米苔目，其中一家叫Bún chả cá 109，咖啡店的話可以搜尋Àla Cafe或Nối Café的位置，那附近很多咖啡店，比較大型的超市有一家Siêu thị Danavi Mart，當然搭計程車去Go...
