Vietnamese from Sacramento, California. The soup was great. The noodles were fresh and chewy! Unlike other places, this place does not put the noodles in the soup before orders, so the noodles are not soft, and the soup is not starchy (thick). I went here for the banh canh ghe (crab) for dinner, and they ran out of every type of soup there was, except for the quail eggs and cha. So I ordered what they had with the side of the banh quay (bread). The banh quay was crispy! It was freshly fried and was delicious. I'm a fan and will ba back. There's not a lot of places that run out of what they sell at 6pm and have freshly fried banh quay.

Read moreReally love their food here. The broth was light yet flavorfull. Really suitable for dinner even when you are full. What makes this dish even more unique is the tapioca transparant noodle, making the texture chewy and feels so sattisfying when you slurp the noodle.
You might not want to visit too late at night tho, because some of the topping options might be sold out. Especially the shrimp topping.
