Pearl Sea Hotel Danang — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Upon check in the lady spoke no english ok that's fine ..no information written or verbal just here is your room see ya .we missed breakfast at 837am already packed up .it wasn't set up up at 640am when i dropped off laundry but they say starts 630am till 830am .The rooms are average the sheets on beds had other peoples hair and dirt on them .still waiting for them to be changed . The drain in the bathroom concreted over so water runs to drain behind toilet flooding floor .We asked for a 2nd room key so i could go out and the staff refused this..either can't or won't. .they hold your passports and told me they would be locked in a safe of course they were just in a drawer and that counter was not attended in early hours of the morning . Rang manager asked for a refund for our 2nd of 2 night stay and was offered nothing in fact i apparently only paid for a 1 night stay even though we paid two...if you book through qantas expedia or booking .com there are no refunds apparently .in summary the hotel is a joke .the beds are dirty its noisy so next to no sleep with having to wake up partner to get into room and construction all around too and their is zero customer service so don't stay here...

Stayed on The Pearl of the Sea hotel for a one week stopover. The hotel is a three star hotel that is clean, comfortable and located within a couple of easy walking minutes from the beach and a couple of minutes taxi ride to city central.||The breakfasts at the hotel were as requested, fresh, hot and adequate.||Whilst this small hotel would not be seen as a luxury hotel, it has everything that makes for a comfortable stay for a fraction of the price.||The hotel staff go out of their way to ensure guest comfort and are a real asset to the hotel.||They organised day trips, excursions and our travel arrangements without fuss or problems. The front office staff all speak English and are always polite and attentive.||There are​ very good restaurants nearby within easy walking distance catering for a wide variety of tastes.||There are always taxis available just outside the hotel and the staff ensure the drivers know our exact destination.||As a frequent world traveller and hotel reviewer for trip advisor I would recommend this hotel as great value for money and a...

This Hotel is located very close to the beach (7 min walk), however, it is rather far from the city center. But in Da Nang you have to choose between staying close to the center or to the beach. If you choose "in the middle" it would be far from both destinations anyway =)||||Back to the hotel...the rooms are average, nothing special. But the price is very appealing, for sure. The rooms are clean, staff makes up rooms every day, they change towels daily as well, so cleanliness is at a very good level. ||||Few words about the staff, because they totally ROCK! The helped with renting a motobike, explained where to go sightseeing, ordered a cheap transfer to Hoi An.
