HT House - Hotel & Coffee - Khách Sạn Đà Lạt — Hotel in Da Lat City

I would not recommend staying at HT Hotel. It was extremely noisy — you could hear every move from the rooms next door, people walking through the corridors, and even the lift going up and down throughout the night. One morning, we thought there was drilling in the building, but it turned out to be the coffee shop on the middle floor using some kind of loud blender.

The hotel itself feels very run down and nothing like the photos online — they are definitely deceiving. To make things worse, they put snacks and water in your room without any price list, which makes it seem like they’re complimentary. But when you check out, you’re hit with unexpected charges. Very sneaky and unprofessional.

The bathroom completely floods when you use the shower and doesn’t dry out. The bed sheets were really dirty with stains on and had hairs of other people in.

The location is a bit out of the way too, about 15 minute walk into the Centre of Da Lat. There are no shops near by, you’ll have to get a grab to get anywhere

Наш опыт с этим отелем был крайне неприятным. Забронировали номер через Agoda с оплатой на месте, но столкнулись с полной неразберихой. В подтверждении бронирования указано, что номер рассчитан на одного гостя, хотя сам номер двухместный. Хотели просто уточнить этот момент, но вместо нормального ответа получили сплошные отписки.

Связаться с отелем — настоящий квест. На email они просто не отвечают. Мы случайно узнали из предыдущего отзыва (где люди также столкнулись с проблемами при заселении), что у них вообще есть Instagram. Только там удалось добиться хоть какой-то реакции. И, судя по отзывам, такие ситуации у них происходят не в первый раз!

Персонал не приветливый, не проявляют никакого уважения и элементарной клиентоориентированности. Вместо нормального объяснения нам по кругу повторяли про предоплату, хотя это вообще не было нашей проблемой. Если бы мы не написали сами, нас просто бы оставили без номера по приезде, хотя у нас было подтвержденное бронирование!

Сам отель красивый, но такой сервис — серьезный минус. Если решите бронировать здесь номер, советуем заранее уточнять все нюансы и быть готовыми к возможным проблемам с...

actually a very nice place. Common area is stunning, with amazing view, showers and toilets clean, very spaciuos. I had some problems, so I had to leave few hours after I checked in.
