Upon arriving the cafe was half full. 30 minutes later one of the workers came to put a “reserved” sign on our table. She said our table is reserved and asked us to move. We asked where to sit because the seats are all full now. “Outside” she says where no one is sitting because its cold, windy and raining. We left.
