Lamarque Dalat Villa — Hotel in Da Lat City

The worst I've ever had.|Really not recommended! We stayed at the Villa for three nights in August. The villa is set outside of town but the walk in and out is about 15 minutes and fairly easy to do, although the condition of the footpaths makes it more difficult at night. The villa is super clear, the bed was really firm but easy to sleep on. Every thing about this villa from staff to furnishings to the quality of the linen and towels was amazing. Far exceed our expectations. Breakfast was good with a choice of expresso coffee, a variety of teas, fruit, pastries and breads. While hot food made on request. Note that the restaurant really only services breakfast and requires 2 hours notice for other meals. ...

The staff doesn't explain anything. We went to the center of Dalat for dinner. After we came back at 9 PM they locked all the gates and we could not get into the hotel. They didn't geven us a key for the gate. They didn't answer the doorbel. So we went to the next hotel and a nice guy called the hotel twice before they answered. They opend the gate after 10 minuten. All the time we were out in the rain. It's unexetable. Also when there will be a fire you can't get out of the gate without the staff. Never go to this hotel! We paid so much money for the worst...
