Read moreI’ve been there with my friend, 3 sisters and 2 grandmamas in 3 different rooms... we stayed there for 2 nights... |At first I quite comfortable with this hotel room environment, it’s affordable with the price...and I really love the lemon hot tea ordered in the morning on 2nd day... |On the 2nd day, my sister borrow 1 more towel, the staff asked her purpose of using... then the staff told her that me and my friend did something wrong on her towel (in room) so she have to ensure my sister will not do the same thing... |So, I decided to talked f2f with her... from the beginning til the end she have never said “sorry” or “apology”.. she tried to say that’s our fault (even she never stayed with us in the same room)||I asked her:||- How she can investigate the guest like a criminal? |- Because we (me & my friend) did dirty on the towel||- What did she base on to decide we are the person who did her towel dirty? |- because she met another customer did the same ||- How she imposed that we are same as her guests?|- she said she feel sad because her towel too dirty (just stains, maybe too old)||- Did she handover the room to us with cleanliness and tidy?|- She check the room everyday, she is the boss |....||The conversation were really long until she said “stop in here, it’s ok” when we didn’t see anything solved...|In generally, she never show us any professional services in whole communication with guests... just a towel but big image of worse service... especially you are the boss, we expect you have to be in higher thinking... |I have traveled to many places but never see any kind of services as this... |I decided to cancel next booking on Agoda in Mar after this Jan trip... with 500k/night I can have much better services... ||I hope she should change her mind to be more open, not too detail in a very...
Be aware if you take the sleeping bus and arrive into the hotel early. I enter into the hotel by almost 7 a.m. by sleeping bus from Ho Chi Minh. However, I already inform the hotel for my early in advance by email, you guys can see the picture of hotel staff replied. But when I enter into the hotel I've got a surcharge for 300.000 vnd for early check in. Which I didn't want this early check-in. I only want to leave luggage as the email informed but the male staff cannot speak english. So he could not understand us and didn't pay attention to us enough because he was played a game on mobile at that time. So, we don't understand each other. And I have no choice to choose another hotel instead because it is so early and we don't know where's next. Plus, I come with my girl so I don't want her to carry a bag and looking for new hotel with me anymore. So we take the room with this surplus 300.000 vnd. Read moreWe checked in 21 October for 3 nights. The first night went well but by the next day, we are appalled to find out that their hotel policy is to change bedsheets every 2 days. First of all, we did not request to change on the first day because we checked in late and their housekeeping lady had gone home. The next morning, we noticed that there were blood stains on the pillows and both me and my girlfriend are not bleeding or anything. Therefore, we specifically requested the front counter to change the bedsheets before going out. When we are back, the blood stains are still there! We requested the front counter to change the sheets immediately, the lady at the front counter changed our pillows instead and told us about their "2 days change of sheets policy". I told her that the blood stains on the pillows were there before we checked in. With a sacastic chuckle, she told us to inform the housekeeping tomorrow as they were off for the day.
