Had the mushroom hot pot (comes with "American beef") with seafood in the side. The mushroom broth was very tasty and adding the prawns from the seafood made a nice combination. The seafood also came with big chunks of salmon but I'd prefer to have just prawns (or maybe some other shellfish) I think.
