Nhà Nhi Đà Lạt — Hotel in Da Lat City

At first, I was just supposed to stay 2 or 3 days. I ended up staying up to two weeks even more. The owner is extremely pleasant and cool and is so easy-going that it is so calming, learning some way of life out of him. Each floor has a shower that is separated by windows from the rest of the bathroom, which I love. Kitchen and water refilling are available for free, just clean after using. Each floor comes with its own terrasse where you can enjoy the neighborhood and peaceful view with the clear blue sky of Da Lat. 2nd floor is more private room, first floor is dormitory but Each dormitory bed is double size and the dormitory room also has its own terrasse which feels so fresh every single morning. Motobike rental is available for such a decent price, especially if you rent more than 2 or 3 days that it's just decently decent. Location great, calm but close to city center. Beds are comfy and the place is clean.

Over and above that, Mr Tam is the best host I had on my trip to Thailand. Some examples: let me shower and rest inside the common area when I arrived at 7am from my night bus when I left, impossible to contact the bus company I had booked with so was gonna take a taxi. He called them for me to get me a free shuttle and organized the whole thing, waited with me until it came when I left early at 4 am to see the sunrise, he had prepared me a hot ginger tea for the cold morning (I had told him it was my favorite) he makes th BEST homemade yogourt and offers it to his guests.

We booked one night here and then ended up staying for more than a week. Tam is a sweetheart, very precise and as a result the whole hostel is taken care of down to the last detail, never had such a clean bathroom in a hostel. More than a hostel we felt like home with family.  Here you can rent a scooter ( the cheapest in the whole city) and use the kitchen ( which for us traveling for months was amazing can cook again).
