BINH ANH Hotel (4 hotel) — Hotel in Hà Nội

Overall I would say it was a good experience in terms of accommodation. Below are the pros and cons:||||Pros||1. Since it is a new hotel, it is clean.||2. My room was clean. The bed sheets were clean but I think they were not changed daily even I had my room cleaned daily.||3. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.||4. No noise or disturbance||5.The staff is very friendly especially the owner. You should meet her in morning at breakfast time :)||6. The location is good.||||Cons:||1. The bathroom could have been cleaner since I knew the spots which were not neglected daily. Attention to detail is required.||2. Bedsheets to be replaced daily.||3.There is not much choice for breakfast. We booked a two-day stay with breakfast included. The customer service was good, and the location is convenient, with restaurants and eateries all around. The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint was the breakfast, which consisted of only Vietnamese pho and a fried egg. This has to be the cleanest and best kept hotel we have stayed in during our 3 months in Vietnam. The bed was extremely comfy. The ensuite bathroom was of a very high quality and there was ample hot water.
