Perhaps this is ignorant to be saying as a foreigner, but the prices here are so cheap in comparison to the quality of the food, they might as well solve world hunger. If you come to Hanoi, and want a wonderful dining experience, by all means try your luck at ZAO, the service staff were so attentive that I felt like a toddler all over again.
