Luxe Paradise Residence 9 Quang Khanh — Hotel in Hà Nội

The apartment is moldy. Not as much physically but the dampness and air in the room is evident. We are itichy on our arms legs and neck. Also There is no lift to the floor. We have to take few stairs and carry our luggage to the apartment. We are up since 4am and have lost the entire day planned. The owner is non responsive. The apartment is poorly maintained and serviced. I feel I should have seen the previous review for warning. Now im too late and im struggling and coordinating with #booking.com to see how to get my refund. To anyone reading this review. It's an advice please do not book this stay without physically verifying the changes in the property in the future. We are vacating the apartment and waiting on #booking.com .. they are supporting.....

We booked via booking.com and were calling to have instruction to checkin. The guy on the phone said he will send them shortly until and finally we arrived to the property and the building is under some refurbishment. The main door is locked and the host after made us come, told us that the apartment “is not good”. We are super disappointed and had to find an accommodation on Airbnb and take the taxi to it. We came there on porpose and lost 3 hours of our time and this destroyed all our plans of the day. We had to cancel a tour and lost the money. Stay away...

Ai không muốn rước bực vào người thì ko nên ở đây Mình book ngày 29,30 nhưng ko thể ở nổi ở đây nữa phải tìm ngay ksan khác và mình đã chuyển đi chỗ khác vào ngày 29 là mn hiểu mình bức xúc thế nào. Mình checkin lúc 5h sáng vừa mở cửa phòng vô nguyên 1 túi rác đen to thù lù ở cửa, nệm thì bẩm ngứa ngáy vô cùng. Nhìn vào phần bếp thì ôi thôi dầu mỡ bắn lên tường còn ko dọn. Lavabo tolet thì mờ câm bẩn thỉu. Mới sáng sớm 7-8h đã đục đục gõ gõ trên tầng ồn ào ko ngủ được. Chê từ...
