We waited 1 hour for food. Plus when food was delivered then they told us certain items were not available. This place is very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this place to anyone after this service

Thank you for reaching out in response to my recent Google Maps review. I appreciate the opportunity to share in more detail what happened during our visit to your restaurant three days ago.
We came for dinner with friends, hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've ever had.
We placed our food orders and waited over an hour for them to arrive. After that long wait, we were informed that some of the salads we ordered were not available. The steaks were served cold, and the soup brought to our table wasn’t even what we ordered. We informed the staff about the soup, but they didn’t acknowledge or correct the mistake. There was a consistent lack of attention and care from the service team throughout our entire meal.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor about our concerns, all we received was a simple apology—no attempt to resolve the situation or make things right. Despite sitting for over an hour and a half, we left hungry and completely dissatisfied.
To add to the frustration, I had to request the bill not once, but three separate times. It wasn’t until I called over a supervisor that we were finally able to pay and leave. The food came out at random times, not in the order it was placed, and it created a chaotic and frustrating experience for all of us. One of our guests was so upset, he began raising his voice at the staff—yet even then, your team ignored the situation and did nothing to calm things down or assist other customers witnessing the scene.
Your team cited the new menu as the reason for the confusion, but frankly, that is not a valid excuse for poor service and cold food. I also run a business, and I understand that not every customer will be happy—but when nearly every table around us appeared unhappy, and your staff remained passive, it was clear that this was not an isolated incident.
Overall, the experience felt more like a disorganized fast-food chain than a professional steakhouse. It was unacceptable, and I have no intention of returning.

No one asked if I want to drink anything, had to ask separately. When I got my water they did not bother opening the bottle or even placing it in front of me. I felt that the staff were a bit lost all the time even with other customers.
Spaghetti bolognese with ricotta arrived in less than 10 minutes, was rather bland, lukewarm and did not seem very fresh. My stomach has not been feeling good after but I do not know if I can associate the issue with this food. Therefore, I only want to underline that more emphasis should be placed in the quality and care of the cooking process.

They don't bring water, i suppose it's only for money. But the worst thing is - there are a lot of staff, they look very serious about their job. But, guys, please ask somebody to teach you, that waiters must clean the table. We were sitting with two huge dirty plates for a long time, it's not okay. Prices are affordable.
