Excelent - A Serene Retreat in the Heart of Hoi An Brother Villa Hoi An is a hidden gem nestled in the charming streets of Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.

The villa itself is a haven of tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and adorned with traditional Vietnamese architecture. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of exploring.

The staff at Brother Villa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

The location of Brother Villa is also perfect for exploring Hoi An. It's just a short walk or bike ride (free bikes offered by Brother Villa) away from the ancient town, allowing us to easily immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

The owner of this place is incredibly nice, but unfortunately that's the only positive experience we had about this place. We were "upgraded" to a room next to the swimming pool downstairs. There was a concierge present during the night and we literally heard everything he did. Every couch, sneeze and toilet flush kept us up at night. At 1am I used the toilet and for more than an hour after, we heard water running behind the walls, very loudly. Choice of breakfast is very limited and you need to let them know the night before what you want to have for breakfast and at what time. You can only choose 1 thing to eat (even if you choose a croissant) and 1 drink. The room also wasn't cleaned properly, as there was laying lots of black hair on the floor. The interior of the room was quite nice though. We left after one night, and the owner gave our money back for the other booked nights. Not something we expected, but we thought that was a nice gesture. The stay is probably ok if you travel on a strict budget, but if you have a little bit more to splurge, there are definitely better...

This is one of the best Villas I have stayed in. The location is great for the old town and taxis are cheap if you want to go to the beach. The Villa also provides free bicycles so you can explore Hoi An. The indoor pool is lovely to cool off in after a morning shopping 🛍 😀 I initially booked for a few nights and liked it so much extended my stay 👍 The owner is very kind and helpful and goes that extra mile to help you out. He has recommended some fab places to eat, shop and drink coffee ☕ They make your room up everyday and give you fresh towels. The ensuite has a great rainforest shower. There is a cute courtyard outside to sit and chill with a cold beer (from the fridge in reception - very reasonably priced) and do a bit of people watching or relax 😁 The Villa is new so everything is in good condition and nicely decorated. There is coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. It's quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. I would highly recommend...
