We had an absolutely amazing experience at La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa! From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect.

🛏 Room Comfort: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, guaranteeing restful nights, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Every detail was well taken care of.

🍽 Breakfast: Simply outstanding! A wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Everything was prepared with great care, ensuring the perfect start to the day.

💆‍♀️ Spa & Massages: The hotel also offers excellent massage services, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The spa is well-equipped, and the therapists are highly skilled, making the experience truly rejuvenating.

🌟 Exceptional Staff: The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Nga, who was absolutely amazing! She created a personalized itinerary for our days in Hoi An, arranged and booked all our tours, and even recommended an excellent tailor where we had high-quality custom clothing made. Her dedication and kindness made all the difference in our trip!

We stayed two nights in La Charm Hoi An Hotel & Spa. We had a wonderful stay.

The location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Ancient Town. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good.

And last but not least… The staff… They are amazing ! A real 5-star service.

Thao did our check-in and she did great. She made us feel very welcome and asked us if we had any plans in Hoi An. She introduced us what to do in Hoi An and the area. It was really nice. This way we were able to have a first idea of all the main things to do.

A big thank you to all the staff and especially Nga who took excellent care of us during all our stay. She was super friendly and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It felt like having our personal concierge. We had great recommendations from her, she booked the basket boat tour for us, the tickets for Teh Dar Show which is a must, this show was absolutely incredible ! Nga also anticipated our needs by asking where were we going next and she offered to book the flight tickets with a transfer to the airport for us. She did everything and everything was added on the room bill which was very convenient.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Hoi An, and overall, it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The staff took the time to explain all the details of our stay and even provided suggestions for nearby activities that fit perfectly with our schedule — all at no extra charge. They even offered to help us book a reservation at a famous restaurant in Hoi An, which was a nice gesture.

The hotel provided a decent breakfast buffet with a good variety of options. The entire hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. While the furniture felt slightly old, it was clear that the hotel was well cared for, and we didn’t experience any issues with the room at all.

For those looking to relax, there are a few massage places next door, though I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them. On a more positive note, there’s a local supper food stall with a mini mart just a block away — perfect for a quick snack or grabbing some essentials during midnight.

What truly made our stay enjoyable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, ensuring we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
