Wow what a very special restaurant this is. The atmosphere seated inside at breakfast is so peaceful and the magical dinners seated out near the beautifully lit pool is very romantic. We treasure each breakfast we have here. Not only is the food wonderfully fresh and delicious but the welcoming staff are more like family members to us. We love the fresh fruits, and selection of ever changing of local dishes which are explained with pride by the chefs. The salads, pastries, hot dishes and mouth watering fresh bread is always a highlight too. We also thoroughly enjoy our Vietnamese coffees and cappuccinos. Also the wonderful dinner buffets are a highlight. The Market Buffet enables diners to partake in all the local dishes which are beautifully presented and explained. The BBQ nights offer an amazing selection of meats and seafood with great accompanying sides. Fabulous desserts are always enjoyed. A stay at the Victoria includes breakfast in this beautiful setting. We have travelled to many places in Asia and we always say this is the best breakfast. It is a wonderful start to the day. The staff make it special, thank you to Nga and Cuc whom we have know for many years now. We also had the Saturday evening bbq which was fabulous and this year for the first time we went to the Hoi An buffet. It was lovely to try the local dishes. The food was delicious. I recommend you hav small plates and try everything! It is nice to watch the staff making some of the dishes so you can try at home. We had met some lovely people from Australia in the hotel so they made a table of 4 with us. It was a great evening and there was live music too which we really enjoyed. L’Annam Restaurant is truly a fantastic spot in Hoi An!

Food: The food was absolutely delicious and authentic Vietnamese. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the presentation of the dishes was excellent. A perfect mix of traditional dishes and innovative flavor combinations.

Service: The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They took the time to explain the menu and provide great recommendations.
