Much of my detailed review below will be the same as my last review 9 months ago, this is because this place has not changed its quality! The family who owns the hotel work here alongside other staff. They are Always extending a hand or offer to genuinely help your stay be: safe, comfortable and informed. Firstly I'll just say AMAZING!
We have been in Vietnam nearly 5 weeks and stayed at at least 30 hotels and this one is the best.
The staff are incredible! Professional, polite and so genuinly friendly.
They have made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast by the pool every morning with delicious food and coffee bought to us with a warm smile.
On my birthday they treated us to wine, fruit and decorated our room with beautiful swan towels and rose pedals on the bed with bamboo leaves saying "Happy birthday"
The hotel is so clean. The rooms are so nice and cool with great AC so you are never hot. The bed is soft and clean and the shower in the bathroom is great.
Rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff even ask you when you want the room cleaned for your convience.
The swimming pool.
It's really clean and beautifully decorated.
Also left side gets the sun and right side is shaded which is perfect if you want to avoid too much sun.
Great location. It only is about 1.5km to the old town amd while some might argue that's far it's only a 20 minute walk or a cheap "Grab" taxi
There is a convience store that's open late 1 minute walk from the hotel and a great coffee shop next to it as well.
Price.
It's around 500,000 VND a night which is great value for a place like this.
Overall a great stay here and highly recommend this place.
Thank you to all the staff you...

I stayed at Hotel Green Hill for several weeks, and it truly felt like a second home. From the beginning, the manager Huy stood out—not only for his professionalism but for his genuine kindness. Over time, we built a great relationship, and I’m so thankful for the warmth and support he and the team showed me.
The location is perfect if you prefer a calmer, more local experience. It’s not directly in the noisy town center or right by the beach, but both are easily reachable by bicycle—and the hotel even offers bikes for free! The neighborhood around the hotel is quiet and full of hidden gems: local food spots that are much tastier and more affordable than the touristy areas.
Rooms are cleaned daily, there’s free water provided, and a night security guard adds peace of mind. I was also really glad to see they have an elevator, which made everything more convenient.
I’ll definitely come back here. The staff are not only helpful—they’re genuinely good people. Thank you, Green Hill,...
