Our stay at Hoi An Riverside was good, overall! The ladies at the front desk, Ms. Katy and Ms. Lily, were so helpful and kind. The rooms are large and clean, each with their own balconies. It's a 20-minute walk on the scenic river-trail to Old Town, but Grab was also super convenient. The hotel is located in a more residential area, so we did get the sounds of chickens and dogs from the neighboring properties. My daughters & I recently enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay at Hoi A Riverside Villas. The hotel is in a good location & offers bicycles, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Close to Ancient town, markets and Hoi A Memory show. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lucy & Katie went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.
