I stayed in a room with a double bed with an attached bathroom for VND350,000 a night for 9 days in August 2017. It was really clean, they cleaned the room every day and provided two towels even though I was staying alone. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket a bit thin in my opinion and might not be enough for two people. The air conditioning worked fine but could be a bit noisy when it started up. The minifridge worked too and was stocked with the usual, sans alcohol. However, the water heater is centralized and runs on solar energy, so if it was a particularly rainy day, chances are you won't be getting much of a hot shower. The water pressure was fantastic, though. The wifi network is quite fast and didn't fail. There was never any worry of security for me and I felt quite at home at all times during my stay.||The only major drawback to staying there was the problems faced when trying to communicate with the owners, who are extremely nice and accommodating, unfortunately they don't speak any English other than "checkout" "bill".
