Phoenix Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I have stayed one week in this hotel located in district 5 of Ho Chi Minh city that is clean but the surrounding is very dirty. Remember that no matter how many days you stay, you won't get any discount. This hotel is not far from the wet market Hoa Binh. The room size is big enough for 2 peoples. The Wifi is not very strong.||||The staffs are nice but not with the lady boss who is always present for monitoring and loves to scream or shout even to the kids who are playing in the reception hall. This lady boss is very cheap, for the included breakfast, there are a few choices in the menu but finally only eggs and breads for every day. Once, I have ordered an iced coffee with milk but the staff brought me the iced black coffee and the lady boss didn't let me change even that was...

The worse hotel I had ever experienced. Would avoid it if possible. Hotel ratings are worse than the 1 stars. Room was dirty with hairs left on floor and beds Air condition was vaped out of mouldy smell. My pyjamas was still lingering of that fouls smell in the following day. Breakfast was served by a porter, who handed over a piece of baguette in a plastic bag. Staff were given selective poor service. The latest check out time was stated at 11:30, it’s unusually early to harvest for the late check out penalty charge. Staff were cheating. The room size and ok with oldies types of furnitures. The bathroom is equipped with mediocre modern accessories. But one thing is this hotel is very clean. The maintained it spotlessly. ||The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is middle of the city with a huge morning wet market at the back ally of the hotel. Plenty of locals fruits stores and other over there.||One thing is don’t expect the staffs at front desk to smile and greet.
