King's Hotel & Restaurant in Vietnam — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The woman who runs this hotel is super kind and very responsive to all questions and/or concerns. I had a problem with booking (app issue) and she helped me sort it out. Also allowed to change rooms for a window room (note not all rooms have windows). Room was quiet and very basic, but for the price reasonable. Very comfortable firm mattress. Don’t expect resort or hotel style, but if in budget and kind management important to you, highly recommend. Loads of shops and restaurants within steps, and walking street, apartment cafe, book street, etc within good walking distance. Good hot water and working air con and fan. I stayed there for 3 nights. The hosts are amazing and the Foods are the real killer. I was suffering a lot for halal food in hcm city untill i found kings. It is only 4/5 mins walking distance from the famous and noisy walking street but the hotel itself is situated in a calm and comparatively quite area which is very close to walking street as i mentioned. Their services and foods are praiseworthy. Specially their rooms are big enough and each room has personal windows which is very very uncommon in hcm in such budget. This is a great little hotel located just off the river in a quite local area in close proximity to the city. There are plenty of local restaurants with amazing food, and only 5 minutes walk to Bui Vien walking street. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the TV has an internet connection for the Steaming apps. The bathroom is moden with great shower and hot water.
