For people like myself who live in Sai Gon it can be a little bit pricey but for foreigners it would appear cheap. The best time to eat is around 18:00 - 19:00 otherwise it is difficult to find a table or seat. It's quite normal however to go and sit with other couples if they are occupying a four seat table with two seats spare. The toilet facilities are good and there is a huge motorcycle parking facility with access directly into the market from the bottom level.
