Pearl Service Apartment — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Great place to live! I stayed here for 3 months. The owner/landlord was extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. My room was cleaned twice a week, water delivered regularly, the owner was always able to be contacted and responded rapidly. During my stay my tv was replaced with a bigger and nicer TV, so that was a nice surprise :) My deposit was returned the day I moved out, and before the room was even inspected. And lastly, the landlord was very helpful by allowing me to store my luggage for 2 months while I traveled. So much peace of mind I had while I was here. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live...

Walking distance or a 20,000 VND (1.25AU) cab ride to a plethora of Vietnamese or western restaurants and bars.

My stay at Pearl Service apartments is most enjoyable. Greeted by the owner, on my arrival, I have found the staff very helpful and with good English.

Good security with a 24 hour staff presence and coded gate, the rooms are well maintained and serviced three times a week.
